Ideas got from Maemo CJK Support: Replace VKB with Matchbox-keyboard and Integrate SCIM with matchbox-keyboard using X ClientMessage.
After two nights debugging, it can basiclly worked in Maemo SDK. Here is the screencast, I uploaded it to youtube.
